What are the shop opening times?

We are open from 9:00am to 17:00pm Monday to Saturday. 

How can I get my order delivered?

  1. FREE Delivery to a participating school

    This is a simple and fuss free delivery option during term time. Orders placed before 11am are delivered to school same day for collection from the school office.

    For any exchanges/returns that need to be made via the school, please contact JSSK, so that we know to collect it from the participating school and deliver any replacement garments. 

  2. FREE Click & Collect from the shop

    Your items will be packed and held for your collection at your convenience.

  3. Delivery by Post

    Jersey:

    We can simply post your order to a mailing address for a fixed cost of £5 to all customers in Jersey, regardless of the size of order. 

    Some may experience delays in delivery of orders through Jersey Post.  If you require items urgently we would suggest you arrange to collect the items from the shop or have them delivered to a participating school.

    UK and Overseas:

    For orders delivered outside of the Jersey, please call to obtain a postage quote. 

    GST at 5% will be deducted at source from all orders being deliverd outside of Jersey. Please note any goods being posted to the UK which are subject to VAT an additonal 20% will be charged. Please ensure a day time telephone number is available, so we may arrange a refund/surcharge to be applied. 

How do I become a loyalty card member?

Spend £20 in store or online and we will give you a loyalty card and stamp. Every time you spend £20 you will get another stamp, and once all 10 stamp slots are filled you will recieve a £20 gift voucher to spend in store. (*Excludes SALE items and JRFC M&J kit and merchandise)

What if the item I want to order is OUT OF STOCK?

If the item you wish to purchase is out of stock, please contact us and we can order the said item for you or inform you when it will be back in stock.

It can take upto 6-8 weeks for some items to become back in stock, but usually takes a couple of working days.

Can I return/exchange an item?

You can return an item, as long as it is in its original packaging with all of labels still attached and a valid receipt. 

We will issue a refund to the paying card or in cash for any items in the same criteria as above. A credit note may also be given.

If goods are recieved damaged, please contact us or drop into the shop with the faulty items so we can arrange a refund or replacement goods.

JSSK reserves the right to refuse to accept returned goods or issue a refund, if goods are not returned in a satisfactory condition. 

Can I order over the phone?

Yes, you can contact us by telephone (01534 742649) to place an order and make a payment via credit/debit card (*all card details will be destroyed after use).

Can I purchase a gift voucher?

Yes, ask one of our staff to issue you with a gift voucher to spend in store.
